Equipment hire
At trade fairs, it may be necessary to use various types of equipment for unloading and handling the material to be exhibited as well as the fittings. Interexpo supplies forklifts with a capacity of 2 to 15 tons, electric and manual pallet trucks, various types of cranes operated by specialized operators, as well as articulated telescopic and pantograph self-propelled platforms. All machinery complies with the safety and insurance laws (theft and fire).
Warehouse
The 1000 square metre space at the Milan hub allows an efficient management of the flow of goods in transit and offers an essential storage service in the case of shipments to and from different fairs, thus avoiding the need to return the goods to the customer’s warehouse. An advanced warehouse management system and a team of qualified logistics staff ensure maximum levels of quality and safety.

The handling and transportation of the materials required for the realization of a stand at the fair or exhibition event, demands extensive experience and professionalism.
All of the Interexpo staff and collaborating Partners, are specialized and qualified to manage with care and precision every type of situation and freight volume, consistently guaranteeing an excellent integrated logistics service.
Management of empty packaging
The delivery of set-up materials and display items to the stand, the removal of empty packaging and its storage for the entire duration of the fair, the redelivery of these items to the stand on conclusion of the event and the subsequent shipment of the materials to the customer’s warehouse or other destination: a complex management system organized entirely by Interexpo, directly or in close collaboration with official partners of the exhibition organizing body.
